Just back from 2nd day of recording in North Berwick. Having such a wonderful time, and I think we have made great progress in 2 days: most of the guitar parts down, including some gorgeous atmospheric electric guitar, plus some vocals in the bag too. I’ve been busy this week working on my songs for the new album. I’ve been making demos of all the tracks and working out bass and string parts and I’m quite excited about recording it for real in April!

I’m so excited to be making plans to record my next album in April with the producer Calum Malcolm (credits include: The Blue Nile, Mr McFalls Chamber, Prefab Sprout, SCO, Lau) I’m currently writing string trio arrangements for the songs, and discussing album design with Marie Canat
